Tom is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company, as well as the financial structure for Anchor and its projects.  Tom joined Anchor in 1998 as Controller and formerly served as the Vice-President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.  Tom has in excess of 21 years of experience in the real estate development business and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Tom is a graduate of Marietta College.
