Anne joined Doug and Steve at its founding in 1987.  While managing the office, she learned loan administration as more commercial real estate projects were developed.  With a growing portfolio, she moved into property management.  As the Director of Property Management, Anne manages over 60 properties in 6 states.  She has the day-to-day property management responsibilities including accounts receivables/payables, annual CAM reconciliations, exterior building maintenance and parking lot repairs, annual property inspections, vendor contracts, property insurance securement, audits and leasing.  Anne attended the University of Cincinnati as well as the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati.

As the Human Resource Manager, Anne is responsible for employee benefits including health insurance, h s a accounts, retirement accounts, vacation scheduling, hiring and employment agreements and payroll.
